Our vineyards

Located at different altitudes in areas of high environmental value and cultivated directly by the members, the vineyards have an average size of just over a hectare of surface area. The cultivated grape variety is Cannonau.
The most widespread training system is the sapling one accompanied by the spurred cordon with a reduced number of buds per plant.
The processes carried out tend to preserve the biochemical fertility and water reserves of the soil.

The company has immediately oriented its efforts towards the conservation of the varietal heritage of the century-old vineyards, therefore, the vegetative material of the new plants is the same as the oldest vineyards.

It is cultivated in Orgosolo on approximately 270 hectares, at altitudes ranging between 300 and 700 m, within a territorial area recognised as a Classic Production Zone.

Its cultivation takes place among the members of the Winery using traditional methods with low environmental impact and low yields per hectare (35/40 quintals). The grapes are vinified mainly in purity or sometimes in blends with other native red berry varieties (Muristellu).
